Dispute resolution

If a dispute arises, the Client can contact us at support@yogajyo.eu and we will seek to resolve it by mutual agreement. The consumer may file a report or complaint with the Commission for Consumer Protection or refer the dispute for out-of-court resolution to the sectoral Conciliation Commissions at the КЗП (more information at www.kzp.bg). The consumer may also turn to the competent Bulgarian court.

Terminology

CLIENT – a capable person who has agreed to the Terms and Conditions regarding the purchase of goods offered through the online store.

MERCHANT – DZHEIO EOOD (ДЖЕЙО ЕООД), UIC 206372867, with the details given in the "Seller information" section.

The online store is owned by the MERCHANT.

ONLINE STORE – the website www.yogajyo.eu with the main purpose of selling goods

ORDER – this is a request for the purchase of one or more goods and all other attributes related to the method of delivery and payment of the goods by the client.

Orders are sent only after approval by phone or confirmation by email.

SALES CONTRACT – a distance contract for purchase and sale is concluded through this online store between the parties merchant and client.

COURIER – physically delivers the goods purchased by the client to the office specified by the client. It operates according to the requirements of the Postal Services Act.

General provisions

This document contains Terms and Conditions according to which the MERCHANT, through its online store www.yogajyo.eu, provides goods to its users. The conditions specified below bind all users. By using the online store and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the Terms specified here. Please make sure you have read and understood the terms before placing your order.

Each of our users declares and agrees to comply with and not violate the conditions, rules and obligations for using the online store described below.

The system distinguishes between two types of users: Registered and Unregistered. By registering or purchasing a product, you agree and accept the condition that the system activates an account in order to provide use of the services offered by www.yogajyo.eu.

If you have an active profile, you as its owner are responsible for the reliability, relevance and correctness of the published information. You do not have the right to publish an account on behalf of third parties. You publish information only for yourself and your company, on behalf of the company you work for after the explicit permission of its owners.

Providing a current contact phone is for the purpose of confirming the order made.

After clicking the "I agree" button, users agree to purchase the goods in the cart. This action has legally binding force. The client has the opportunity to confirm his order by email or by phone. Upon receipt of this confirmation, the contract is considered concluded.

All services we offer can be used only for activities that are not prohibited by law.

Orders can be made only by persons who have reached the age of 18, who are not under guardianship, and who have indicated an address of residence or another address in Bulgaria. An exception is the indication of an address to the office of the courier company, which is our partner.

We reserve the right to refuse delivery of a confirmed order if the goods are not available. If there is no stock availability of the ordered goods, within the working week we notify the client of its exhaustion by phone or email.

The version of the terms that will apply to your order will be the one published on www.yogajyo.eu at the time you place the order.

JYO wants to provide you with the most pleasant shopping experience online. To this end, we must be sure that we provide high-quality services. You understand and agree to the following when using the services:

• The client undertakes to provide accurate and valid phone, delivery address and email and to pay the price of the goods. He must also provide access and the possibility of receiving the goods.
• To notify us immediately of any case in which a violation has been committed or discovered when using the services provided
• Not to violate the property or non-property rights of others, such as property rights, intellectual property rights, etc.
• To respect and not to violate the fundamental rights and freedoms of citizens and human rights, in accordance with the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Bulgaria
• Not to damage someone's good name and not to incite crime, violence or incitement to racial, national, ethnic or religious hatred
• To comply with Bulgarian legislation, the rules of morality and good morals and Internet ethics when using the services provided by JYO
• Not to distribute or use in any way and not to make available to third parties software, computer programs, files, applications or other materials containing computer viruses, systems for unauthorized remote control - "Trojan horses", computer codes or materials designed to interrupt, hinder, violate or limit the normal functioning of computer hardware or software or telecommunications facilities or aimed at unauthorized penetration or access to foreign resources or software
• Not to commit malicious acts
• To compensate the merchant and all third parties for all damages and lost profits, including any costs and paid attorney fees incurred as a result of claims filed by and/or compensation paid to third parties in connection with web pages, hyperlinks, materials or information used by the user.

Terms and conditions for ordering and delivery of goods

You can place an order through www.yogajyo.eu.

To place an order, each client must provide an accurate address, contact phone number, names and valid email. After you place your order, you will receive a phone call or email confirmation to clarify additional details about the execution of the order. If for some reason we cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you as soon as possible. In the event that the client does not agree that the order should be for another product (similar model) or to wait for a period to reload the model, the order can be canceled.

Orders with missing or incorrect buyer data are canceled if we do not receive correct data within 24 hours of receiving the order. Such orders receive the status "refused" due to the inability to be fulfilled.

Each client has the opportunity to cancel a placed order without stating the reasons for his refusal.

For us, the careful reception and processing of received orders and ensuring fast delivery of the order is of great importance.

Deliveries of orders are carried out by Courier. All ordered goods are delivered by COURIER to a selected courier office.

Delivery is carried out within 1 to 3 business days after the order is confirmed, to an office or an address, via Econt or Speedy.

Delivery of ordered goods is not carried out on Sundays, as well as on official holidays.

If the User does not provide access and conditions for handing over the goods at the specified address within the specified period or does not accept the shipment from the courier office to receive the goods on time, if he has chosen this option, the Seller is released from the obligation to fulfill the requested delivery.

Payment is made cash on delivery when receiving the goods from the courier. We send it to you with the option to view and test. This gives you the opportunity to view it and try it, if you wish, before accepting it.

After handing over the goods to a courier, JYO is released from the risk, which is transferred to the courier. We are not responsible for delays if the delay is due to a courier or other supplier. In the event that damage is found to have occurred during the transportation of the goods, www.yogajyo.eu is not responsible for the warranty service of this goods.

Prices

The prices listed on the website www.yogajyo.eu are final and include packaging. DZHEIO EOOD is not registered for VAT under the Bulgarian Value Added Tax Act, so no VAT is charged on the prices.

Terms for complaints and return of goods

The client has the right to return goods purchased by him from www.yogajyo.eu within 14 /fourteen/ days from its receipt, without giving any reason. In the event that the model you have received does not satisfy you, we can make an exchange with another item from our collections. In order for purchased products to be returned for exchange, it is a mandatory condition that they be in excellent commercial condition, without being used and without the integrity of the packaging being violated. Products must correspond to the type in which they were received by the user. The goods must be in full set, in its original packaging, documentation and in good commercial condition. Good commercial condition means that the product does not have damaged packaging and has not been used. Each item must be returned with the accompanying payment documents.

In this case, the client has the right to receive back the amount paid by him within 14 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal, to a bank account specified in an email to support@yogajyo.eu. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods

When exchanging a product, the client assumes the courier costs in both directions. You can make an exchange within 14 days.
