Delivery and Payment

For JYO, the careful reception and processing of received orders and ensuring fast delivery of the order is of great importance.

Deliveries of orders are carried out by Courier – Econt or Speedy. Ordered goods are delivered to a courier office chosen by the client or to an address specified by the client.

Delivery of ordered goods is not carried out on Sundays, as well as on official holidays.

If the User does not provide access and conditions for handing over the goods at the specified address within the specified period or does not accept the shipment from the courier office to receive the goods on time, if he has chosen this option, the Seller is released from the obligation to fulfill the requested delivery.

Delivery times

The delivery time for ordered goods is from 1 to 3 working days depending on the settlement where the client is located and the Courier's schedules for its service, unless a different delivery time is mentioned in the description of the item.

The delivery period may be extended if the order is placed on official holidays.

Orders placed on holidays and days off are served on the first working day.

Delivery price

Delivery is free for orders over €50 (97.79 BGN) – both to a courier office and to an address.

For orders under €50 (97.79 BGN), the delivery price is:

• Econt: to an office – €3.06 (5.99 BGN); to an address – €4.09 (7.99 BGN)
• Speedy: to an office – €2.81 (5.50 BGN); to an address – €3.83 (7.50 BGN)

The delivery price is shown at checkout, before the order is confirmed.

Methods of payment for goods

Payment is made cash on delivery when receiving the goods from the courier.

Each user has the right to view the goods in front of the courier before accepting them.

Payment can be made in cash or by debit/credit card.

Return of goods

If you have purchased goods online or outside the store (by phone or other means), you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days for any reason. In this case, you must send back the goods, paying the Courier costs. The Seller refunds the amount only by Courier after accepting the goods back.
